My favorite thing to do over the weekend or in my case at the moment - spring break- is to lounge on the couch with a good show. I'm not into the sappy, lovey-dovey romance type of shows. My favorite shows (besides Real Housewives, 9-1-1, Station 19, Total Divas/Bellas, The Rookie - just to name a few!) are just how i like my books - full of mystery, thriller & suspense. We use the Amazon fire stick - which also has netflix as well as hulu and other tv apps. If you're looking for a new show to binge, and you're into the suspense, horror, thriller type of shows then you're in the right place. I'm also sharing some family friendly favorites as well.
1. The Haunting of Hill House - Frankie & I binged this in one day! It gets you hooked from the beginning.
2. YOU - Boy meets girl and homeboy becomes obsessed. Luckily season two is being filmed because I cannot wait until this comes back on!
3. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina - I was an OG fan of the original Sabrina The Teenage Witch so I decided to give this a look. This is slightly gory-so I wouldn't exactly say it's for kids like the original was.
4. Stranger Things - This took me a while to start watching. It's a sci-fi type of show that has a lot of twists and turns and will keep you guessing what will happen next.
5. American Horror Story - This is pretty gory and there are a ton of seasons. However, none are linked, so you can start watching in any order. All of the cast members play a different character each season so that switches it up a bit.
6. Bates Motel- This is so good!!! And there are five seasons!
7. The Sinner - so so good! Currently only two seasons but both will keep you watching and guessing!

8. Alexa & Katie - (family friendly) This is about a teenager who has just started high school AND treatment for cancer - all while trying to fit in in high school. Also, Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani Thiessen) plays her mom.
9. Fuller House - (family friendly) I grew up watching Full House so it makes me happy knowing that my kids also love this show.
